    We will send you an email update when your phone is received.once your repair is completed we will confirm via email and SMS that your phone has been dispatched.This confirmation message will include a tracking number.

  • Can I add reNEWED+ care pack later?

    Yes, simply log in to your account HERE and click to ADD reNEWED+ Care Pack button.

  • What should i do if i have lost my receipt for my phone?

    If you purchased your device from Phone@.com then we can verify your purchase but if you purchased your phone from a retailer we need the receipt so that we know when to start the warranty. Don’t worry though as we have a record of when we supplied your phone to the retailer so we will default your warranty if you lost it we have a record of when we supplied your phone to the retailer so we will default your warranty to that date.
