Can I cancel my policy and get a refund?

There is a 14-day 'cooling-off period' after you have signed up for the warranty. If you haven't made a claim, or used the policy in any way, then you can cancel the warranty and get a full refund.

What is free 12-Month warranty?

We repair your phone for free. This cover doesn't cover Loss , theft and water damage.

Can i book a repair?

Yes you can.

What should i do if i have lost my receipt for my phone?

If you purchased your device from Phone@.com then we can verify your purchase but if you purchased your phone from a retailer we need the receipt so that we know when to start the warranty. Don’t worry though as we have a record of when we supplied your phone to the retailer so we will default your warranty if you lost it we have a record of when we supplied your phone to the retailer so we will default your warranty to that date.

I need a screen replacement, how do I do this?
